In order to further strengthen the cooperation in international affairs and promote dialogue, exchanges and cooperation in the field of human rights between China and Africa, a Seminar on Human Rights between China and Africa will be held from October 18 to 20, 2004 in Beijing.

 

Diplomats from more than 20 African countries will attend the seminar, which is sponsored by the Chinese Follow-up Committee of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC).
