Chinese Minister of Commerce Bo Xilai announced opening of the High-level Dialogue and 2nd Conference of Chinese and African Entrepreneurs in Beijing at the Great Hall of the People at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.
Prior to the opening ceremony, Premier Wen Jiabao held a welcoming ceremony in honor of the African leaders and other guests who participated in the conference. He is also scheduled to deliver a keynote speech on the occasion.
