Ambassador Lu Xu Attends Launch Ceremony of Huawei（Malawi）ICT Talent Training Program

On June 3, Huawei held a ceremony for launching the “2026 ICT Talent Training Program”. Ambassador Lu Xu and Hon. Shadrick Namalomba, M.P., Minister of Info`rmation and Communication Technology of Malawi, attended the ceremony and delivered the speech. Counselor Zhang Chunfa, teachers and students from Malawian universities were present.
