BEIJING, Nov. 12 (Xinhuanet) -- Li Changchun, a member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China (CPC)central Committee, left here Saturday morning for goodwill visits to Sudan, Namibia, South Africa and Tanzania.

Li pays the visits at the invitation of National Congress of Sudan, Namibia's South West Africa People's Organization, South African government and Revolutionary Party of Tanzania.

Li's entourage includes Head of the International Department ofthe CPC Central Committee Wang Jiarui, Chinese Culture Minister Sun Jiazheng, Head of the Chinese State Administration of Radio, Film and Television Wang Taihua, Director of Central InternationalCommunication Office Cai Wu, Deputy Head of Department of Publicity of CPC Central Committee Luo Shugang, and Vice Minister of Commerce Wei Jianguo.
