| China donates medicine to Togo |

LOME, March 24 (Xinhuanet) -- China handed over medicine worth 100,000 US dollars to Togo on Thursday to help the country fight malaria, cholera and meningitis. The medicine was officially received by Togo's Health Minister Suzanne Aho Assouma. The donation is a part of cooperation between China and Togo inthe field of public health. China has been helping Togo to improve its health care in the past decades. The country now has two medical teams working in Togolese urban hospitals. Enditem |
