South African FM arrives for official visit

A good-will delegation of the Communist Party of China (CPC) left Beijing on Wednesday evening for visits to Uganda and Ethiopia.
The visits are at the invitations of the National Resistance Movement of Uganda and the Ethiopian People's Revolutionary Democratic Front.
