Ambassador Gao Wenqi Attends the Second China-EAPCCO Ministerial Dialogue on Law Enforcement and Security Cooperation

On 5 November, Ambassador Gao Wenqi attended the Second China-EAPCCO Ministerial Dialogue on Law Enforcement and Security Cooperation.
During the event, Mr. Xu Datong, Deputy Minister of Public Security of the People’s Republic of China, exchanged views with Dr. Vincent Biruta, Minister of Interior of the Republic of Rwanda, on deepening bilateral law enforcement and security cooperation. The two sides jointly signed a Memorandum of Understanding, marking a new chapter in China-Rwanda police cooperation.
